nltinstl, I didn’t make the term up if you thought I was referring to “microdermabrasion” incorrectly – there are many vendors that are selling these “microdermabrasion cloth” items online, and that is what they call them.
But thanks for your help. I bought some Mederma yesterday.

Please do not suggest makeup, no matter how natural it is. I already use BareMinerals.
