I have an appointment at 3:00PM tomorrow to get my 1st microdermabrasion. I have some marks/scars on my face from previous acne. They are not really deep scars - and I have a little bit of acne still. Do you think that microdermabrasion will help?

PS.
I use retin A, I am not going to use it tonight though. Is it safe to still get a microdermabrasion?
