Vegans: Do you find your skin is clearer and your overall health is better?

Do you find that after reducing so many toxins from gross animal products that you feel more lively and healthy, and also your skin is clearer?
I read that becoming a vegan can siginifically clear pimples and brighten your complexion.
Wow relax I am already a vegetarian, I believe that humans were not supposed to eat meat, that we were meant to eat nuts, fruits, and vegetables. We don’t even have teeth made to eat meat like animals do. Red meats are hard to digest, much hard than fruits and vegetables, so yes, they are toxic in that sense. As are a lot of dairy products.

Yup, but this is not just the case for vegans. It goes for vegetarians too.
