What’s a juglone-proof full sun zone 5 tree that won’t interfere with electric wires 15 ft. pverhead?

The tree will go in a corner, so ultimate spread determines how far from the corner it gets planted. The nearby black walnut was cut down this year, but the roots haven’t rotted yet. Drainage has not been a problem in that spot.

1)Hawthorn. (might eventually get a little too tall though)

2) Viburnum (Will stay a good height, but technically, it’s a shrub. 10-12 feet is usual)

3) Dwarf Apple or crabapple.

4) Saucer Magnolia – there are varieties that should stay a little shorter – like “Alexandrina”.
