How do I get rid of stretch marks not caused by obesity or pregnancy?

I'm in my 20 years and I have tons stretch marks (white) on my thighs and booty. I've always been thin and I never got pregnant. Isn't it strange to receive much stretch marks? I can not wear a bathing suit at all. Help me please.
