My NorthFace Puffy Jacket 700 Is All Hard And Rough Now, It Use To Be Soft And Smooth, How Do I Make It Soft Again? My Friend Said Wash It, I Did , And Now Its Worst Than Ever.

i find that mine gets all nasty when i put it in the dryer… try air-drying it. If that doesn’t work, just crumple it up/rough it up a bit, and it might get back to normal
