what’s the best skin repairing lotion for scabs and other scratches?

I have eczmea and have scratched my legs till i’ve broken the skin. Im on some medicine now and I don’t scratch as much as I use to. But i still have scabs. Whats the best lotion to use to heal my skin and spend up the recovery time. Thanks.
