what oven setting is equivalent to medium-hot setting on the grill?
please help!

the recipe calls for medium-hot 6-8 minutes on each side.
if i broil, will it ensure that the chicken cooks through?

I would guess 375F on the oven.

Since you’re using a grilling recipe indoors, I would use the Broiler setting. For my electric oven, the broiler is on the top of the baking compartment. I’d move the top grate about 5″ from the heating element and use a broiling pan or a cast iron pan. Leave the door slighly ajar so oven stays on.
Remember to use an oven mitt.
