Is there a skin treatment product that actually tightens and lifts, as a lot of them claim? ?

My mom and aunt who are hooked if you put it is made by estee lauder gave some to my mom and they has product called tri aktiline best stuff ever it.

My mom and aunt who are hooked if you put it is worth every penny.
