Soap or…Facial Foam?

when u shower, do u use soap or facial foam on ur face…which is best?
soap as in liquid(shower foam) or solid bar.

Usually, it’s not a great idea to use your body soap for your face. It’s too harsh and sometimes has deoderant in it which can irritate your face. Even if your face isn’t sensitive, I would suggest getting something specifically for your face, like Cetaphil. This way you’ll avoid any potential irritation or over-drying.
