Depending on how bad the pigmentation is...you might need something a little stronger...what i suggest is... a Photofacial...to draw pigment up to the surface...then a microderm to remove it off the surface... thats how we do things where i work...once a month you come in...and either do a photofacial or a micro! talk to them about doing something like that..you'll get far better results than microderms alone...but whatever you do...you need to do a series of treatments to get results!
