i have a dry skin patch that itches terribly. my dermatologist has not provide me with any solution that works. the itch is so intense that i scratch until i break the skin. this prolongs treatment because i cannot apply an topical solution to the open wound. if i can stop the itch then i could clear the dry skin patch. please help!!!!!

My ezcema wouldnt use it worked wonders use it daily to help with my ezcema wouldnt use anything else.

Just don’t scratch. I had poison ivy once and that was the only way to Get Rid of it. You can try calamine lotion with antihistamine, or hydrocortisone.

Use Cetaphil as your soap and try some Benadryl????????

I read that putting oatmeal in a cloth & washing would help, also in winter time it is best not to use harsh deodorant soap,instead use Dove or Ivory.
