Would odrying my skin due to the use of acne cream give me wrinkles?

I'm only 16 .. but for the last 3 years or so I've been using all kinds of creams and treatments for my acne and acne scars .. my acne is fading now .. I get few dark lines nea rmy mouth due to drought and it seems im getting a little bit more wrinkles bis (but I could just be paranoid) may drought because of my acne cause wrinkles at my age?
