What is this flag (no picture, sorry)?

What is this flag? it’s in 3 same thickness stripes with white at the top, green in the middle and red at the bottom (like the bulgarian flag) and in the middle is has a big gold star with 4 smaller stars going round the left side of the big star.
I’ve seen it on the side of a russian made military truck. Aparently it’s been in a bond film so it might be something to do with that.

Other than the Bulgarian flag, I can’t think of any national flags that fit that description.
Could it be an area flag of a district in Bulgaria?

It’s not Slovenia, that is like the Russian flag, but with the state ensign of mountains and 3 stars.
It’s not Luxembourg either. That is a horizontal tricolour, like the Bulgarian flag, but of red, white and blue (very much like the Dutch national flag).

Tajikistan is close, but that’s not it…..
