Deep, blind pimple…?
I have this giant blind pimple in the crease where your cheek meets your chin. Its been there for MONTHS like maybe 6 months and is massive. (1/2 cm diameter, round) its hard and shows no signs of going away or coming to a head.
I’m really tempted to steralise the little pointy thing on the end of the backhead extractor and poke it into it and then squeeze out all the pus cos I can feel this massive well of pus in there and its red and round and shiny but not at the surface.
How good/bad of an idea is this? lol. Ill steralise the stick and then use benzyl peroxide 10% cream on it after to stop infection

This does not sound normal. I would show this to your doctor. I know skin specialist will tell you not to squeeze them etc, etc, but we all know that most of us do squeeze them or find a way to get the fluid out. However, the one you are describing draws the line and I would have it looked at and that is because it might be more than just a giant pimple. My opinion.
