Well I am a ballet dancer I was doing hamstring stretch and I hear 3 crack in my left thigh …. a ruptured muscle???? I walkin problem 4-5 days later, after two months, I even had massgae potholder ultrasound and massage …… Wen pain i kick it up or the front strech i or I'm sitting on my left hip for ……. long can u please suggest me something ….. How long will it take to heal …. plz help … .

Although I think it depends on your type skin and ingredients. If you have oily skin or mixed, then I would say to avoid this because it will just add more moisture from your skin that you need. If you have normal or dry skin, so I think everything will be fine! To check if you have combo skin, you have oily skin on the nose forehead and chin (Zone T) and normal / dry cheeks and temples. The oily skin is more oily with all the pores to dry, can be laminated, tight feeling, sometimes itchiness or dull looking. Normal is just in between! not too dry or too moist.
